The invigoration that comes with designing something entirely new for a company was truly felt with this project. Working in a true lean fashion I collaborated with product management, the technology team and took part in frequent interviews with clients evaluating design concepts to ensure that what we were building had clear value to our end users.

Utilizing extremely dynamic imagery and typography that juxtaposes traditional and modern fonts the identity communicates the essence of the brand...her ability to help executives unlock the spark of human potential.

Email is a major trigger for engagement and a very personal space for prospects. In order to have the most impact possible we need to take this invitation into user's lives seriously. We need to delight in the details. For this cocktail party that targeted our vendor relations community I created custom illustration to make it special. By making the invitation special it provided a halo effect for the event itself. To boost attendance of the event, every detail starting from the initial invite had to have a feeling of exclusivity.

Hyperion was a company that saw a strong brand as core to their growth strategy. As part of the creative service department I designed a brand portal to share approved brand assets globally and to engage and educate employees on brand.

In order to adequately validate designs they need to be put in front of users. To this end, I work in Invision or with front-end developers to create prototypes with limited but core functionality to illustrate product concepts that are reviewed in focus groups before larger scale investment is made.

I have facilitated numerous design sprints following the Richard Banfield framework. The design sprint work style is a fantastic way to align product vision to individual contributions within a directed discovery workshop. The design sprint provides structure for daily decision making while still allowing for spontaneous adjustments as opportunities are explored. An example of one of these sprints is shown here.

Having just undergone a brand repositioning effort with Landor and OgilvyOne in 2003, Pitney Bowes had to refresh it's digital channels and assets. It was my job to update key areas of the site for this effort. Examples shown here illustrate a few areas that I redesigned from the ground up.

I've designed Websites for companies of all sizes, ranging from small startups to $6 billion dollar enterprises but I'm probably most proud of the work I've done with Hyperion. For this project I was tasked with redesigning the corporate site consisting of hundreds of pages within a 6 week time period while the company was undergoing a rebranding effort. To meet this deadline, I established a disciplined approach that involved creating a small template inventory, in depth style guides and a process with crystal clear roles and responsibilities as well as a decision making timeline.

Created high quality vector illustrations for use in assembly, installation and usage instruction manuals. "Beauty shots" and "blow-out" illustrations were created for dozens of Black & Deckers most iconic products.

In order to support Gartner's large portfolio of events we built a single design that could scale utilizing the Hippo CMS system. The templated approach, tied to the CMS system allowed individual marketing managers the flexibility to support their own events with a consistent look and feel across the platform.
